Poster Spelling Rules

Poster presentations should be prepared according to the guidelines provided below:
 
  • Each participant could attend the congress with a maximum of 2 presentations (1 oral + 1 poster; 2 oral; 2 posters).
  • Each poster should be prepared in portrait orientation (vertical poster) with the maximum dimensions of 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height).
  • Posters are required to be written in English.
  • Times New Roman should be used as a font. To enable participants to easily read the information the lettering should be a minimum of 1 cm high. Headings and subheadings should be in larger font size than the main text.
  • The logos of the universities and the congress should be placed on the top right or left corner of the poster.
  • The title of the presentation and the names, surnames and addresses of all authors should be written on the top of the poster, respectively; corresponding author who will present the poster should be emphasized by underlining the name.
  • In the poster presentation, introduction, material and method, results, discussion and conclusion sections should be included.
  • Poster presentation should not be complicated and should be supported by visual elements.
  • The names of fund organizations should be added to the end of the poster.
  • References should be listed alphabetically in the references section.
  • Posters will be hung on numbered boards stated by the Congress Organizing Committee. Authors will be present in the poster area to present and give information about their work at the scheduled time. At the end of the specified period, posters will be removed by their owners, the Congress Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not taken back.
  • Posters that are not presented on the congress will not be published in the congress book.
